Make Smart Environmental Choices
Part 1
With a reflective lens to 2020, Weiner and Chitnus found a (still) growing body of evidence of inflammatory challenges to the central nervous system (CNS). This empirical evidence indicates inflammation, and diet play a pivotal role in CNS neurodegenerative diseases.
Variables to avoid as anticipated triggers to exacerbate bodily inflammation include stress, environmental triggers to stress, abuse (and abusive situations as microaggressions and macro aggressions in environments), as well as geography.
What is meant by CNS disease?
Diseases of the central nervous system include Alzheimer’s, ALS or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and multiple sclerosis (MS). Observations taken at various stages of CNS neurodegeneration involve, both adaptive and innate, are evidenced via immune system presentations during the disease life cycle. Moreover, neurodegeneration, may not accelerate disease progression but, instead, contribute to varying therapeutic targets.
The purpose of this paper is to focus on MS with latter writings addressing ALS and Alzheimer’s.
CNS measurements: Making Wise Choices
The literature indicates short chain fatty acid producing microbes as associated with trigger decreases in ability as worsening with malfeasance as environmental influencers, as quality of life.
