Anyone who has been stealing from a university student must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need.

Nature Magazine reported in its August 2024 issue, the extent of intellectual capital theft from United States Universities. This dovetails many experiences of intellectual property theft occurring during Ph.D. development.

One Scottsdale, Arizona University in particular denied cooperation with the FBI as to data breaches. Perhaps to protect its network of multi-cultural dissertation reviewers. However, private data regarding this Christian University was breached by someone who had access to student files, allegedly, because several students enrolled at aforementioned University have experience not only (1) Intellectual Capital Theft and (2) ID theft ongoing using private information verified upon enrollment.

Widespread hacking of my personal data continues to this day, after leaving the doctoral program several years ago. In fact, just recently Geek Squad rebuild my machine so it didn't shut down every 30 seconds, and my VPN and Ant-Virus program were relaunched. 

Actions of covert sabotage of students is a covert war that is crippling to the U.S. Economy.

What is the plan of the Bureaus and Next President to protect learners from being "robbed of intellect" moving forward, We don't advocate terrorist attacks on our university intellectual capital. But it happens and perhaps the same perp is in charge of attacking same target systems for new research data.

It's my understanding FBI Director Wray meets with police bureau's thought the U.S regularly to discuss situations and targets. But the data breached continue with quantitative outlier's probable to University Staff given access to data.. That is all that's known. The perp is still out there.
