Solving Cold Cases with Tech

Solving FDIA Cold cases leveraging technolgoy The modern age of Munchhausen Syndrome: Leveraging third parties for crime Research indicates one of the most common crimes of FDIA perps is in their ability to separate themselves from their victims, either children or adults, such that they remain a predominant authority relied upon via alternative communications and free of guilt. Case in point, 91% if the perpetrators are females who often discredit others as ill.  FDIA Described Factitious disorder imposed on another, FDIA, is an event imposed on others purportedly cared about committed 90+ percent of the time by females. Previously this known behavioral health issue was called Munchhausen syndrome by proxy (MSP). This mental illness primarily occurs in females acting as though a person she cares for has a mental or physical illness when it is not true.   The cause of FDIA is not known but this condition is recognized as very dangerous and can involve stalking,...

An Investigative Qualitative Phenomenological Study of Forensics

Excerpt - Fallenness of Man : An Investigative Qualitative Phenomenological Study of Forensics Man, which includes both male and female in its anthropological definition, becomes fallen when he or she has lost behavioral elasticity. He or she does not bounce back from a lost sense of self and a disconnection from the Be-ing. Hubert Dreyfus purports the source of “sense” of things is found in Dasein’s “absorbed,” everyday, skillful coping practices as a Being-in-the-World: A Commentary on Heidegger’s Being and Time. Environmental triggers: Why do people get lost? Beyond motive, if a being is fallen, as Heidegger explained, he or she has lost the connection to his or her inner being. Accordingly, he or she has become inauthentic and irrational with a lost ability to judge between right and wrong. Statistics of individuals per demographics and states may be found by visiting SAMSHA.gov. Moreover, evidence-based treatment methods are addressed as outcome repair interventions. L...

God of Baseball

Is there a God of Baseball? *(if error, system cyber terrorism attacks yet again to discredit truth) That is a great question. As a fan, I would say most certainly. The God of baseball, in the context of Dasein (Heidegger) and as posited by Aristotle is none other than Derek Jeter. Why? Having only met him briefly, at an academic conference, and as an MLB fan, his statistics and artifacts (game video and photos of Derek working, full b/w garb) tell the story. Could it be he’s simply God or Dasein in the flesh? Or is he simply Aristotle’s silversmith? Not to give the ending away, but I’m glad we have the Damn Yankees and MLB on our side. In a spiritual baseball context, how do players like Jeter and Ortiz (my generation) do amazing Godlike things on the field? This is answered philosophically by Aristotle and Heidegger in explaining Dasein as   one community. Philosopher spelling may differ but the analysis is the same. Professional baseball players, as with academi...

Sisterhood Pants

13 Years on the Farm: A tech journal of sisters, pants, & brotherhood phenomenology First, what do you mean by farm or to use the terminology of my retired police officer friend: what and how do you mean? Farms in some agentic contexts have been referred to as Langley, in other circles as places to go for great produce where your boots may get dirty. In either case, it is not recommended as a place for dinner or cyber-terrorism (which I’m now experiencing on this PC interchange with Cox Network – of course not related in any way to Cyber terrorist attacks as related to modes of financial gain (interpersonal or technological, academic interchanges, of course are bracketed), as supported by theory, the literature, and technology of Burns & Wray Fieldops. In line with this, and with familial dinner of crab etouffee in the oven, I quickly complete this 2-3 minute (including a new crime solver framework) and shout-out to the gang at operationDOJ electrical. (So forgive any la...
