We are all equally equipped to be gifts to this world and make a positive difference in each other’s lives. Family, teachers, students, coaches, doctors, nurses, authors, etc. can be part of the community’s system to support positive outcomes. Defined as leaders in the agentic system, these influencers can and do make a positive difference in the lives of others Thus, how we choose to treat one another, and without disruptive behaviors, is the influencer (almost like a motive) of behavior at home, work, outside, classrooms, malls, etc. Today, we have an environment where every spectrum of the developmental age range (demographics of parents, teachers, students, etc.) is tested to extremes. Environmental variables, the phenomenological componentry of lived experiences, are opportunities, not negative influencers, for burgeoning and existing leaders.
